three:dances

We have questions about moving together, about being in synch, or in unison; some questions about staying together. We make a copy and then we look to see the differences.
How do we stay together - and why would we?

Some questions about the weight of the body - which body ? - your body? - my body? What would these body weights look like measured in salt? Either way, you have to deal with the weight of your own body (now something like twice your weight as a girl, girl).

The first girl jonah dance performances were initiated and directed by Fiona Wright in 2004.

Several versions of the first piece three:dances happened as a trio (Tamara Ashley, Simone Kenyon, Fiona Wright) and later as a quartet when Caroline Bowditch joined the project. girl jonah later became the duet project co-directed by Caroline Bowditch and Fiona wright.
